Price changes:
All prices and policies are subjects to change without notification
Gift Cards:
NO refund on Gift Cards / Credit Note and not redeemable for Cash.
Nail purchases:
NO refund at any services after leaving. Please make sure you are happy when you leave.
Post purchase responsibility:
We DO NOT take responsibility if your nails are cracking / breaking / infected after 7 days.
Faulty products:
Any faulty nails / services will be accessed by the manager or supervisor and will be repaired at free of charge or a fee may apply.
No change of mind:
We DO NOT offer a refund on change of mind. So please choose colors/services carefully.
Credit notes:
Credit notes will be issued where applicable.
Extra charges:
Some services may be extra charge and will be noticed by one of our staff or written in the price list/notice board.
Violence and threats of violence:
Aggressive and violent behaviour toward any member of staff and customers is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. That includes:
- Physical assault such as biting, scratching, hitting, kicking, pushing, grabbing, throwing objects
- Intentionally coughing or spitting on someone
- Sexual assault or any other form of indecent physical contact, and
- Harassment or aggressive behaviour that creates a fear of violence, such as stalking, verbal threats and abuse, yelling and swearing and can be in person, by phone, email or online.
